Thank you for taking the time to learn about YogaWorks. Now we would like to learn a little more about you!

My name is Hakeem and I am a Yoga Advisor at the West Hollywood studio.

I would love to understand what your goals are, why you want to practice yoga and how we can help you.

I would love to learn about what you currently do for exercise and where you see yourself ideally in the future.

I also would like to invite you to the studio as my guest to try a week of any of the yoga or mindful fitness classes at YogaWorks.

We have classes in a wide variety of styles and levels as early as 6am and as late as 8pm and throughout the entire day!
